 Wednesdays & Fridays @ 8:00 am off the Bethany Beach Boardwalk on Garfield Street starting May 29th.

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:30 am on 142nd Street in Ocean City, MD starting June 11th.

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:00 am on 37th Street/Castle in the Sand Hotel, Ocean City, MD starting June 20th.

Soak up the sun, sand, and salt air as you enjoy your personally instructed Pilates mat class on Ocean City's and now Delaware's pristine beaches. Overlook the ocean while you build a stronger body,develop long lean muscles, increase core strength, and improve your overall health and well being. 

 

Pilates also reduces chronic pain, stress,and fatigue. It develops flexibility, balance and coordination. Pilates restores postural alignment, improves circulation, conditions movement patterns for injury prevention, engages the mind, and enhances body awareness.

Make sure to bring your mat, towel, and a bottle of water with you. I will have a few extra mats with me if you're on vacation and don't have one with you. Remember it gets hot in the summer even in the early morning so make sure to wear your sunscreen too!
